A past President of the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists, an organization restricted to board-certified Texas family law attorneys, Larry is one of only approximately 130 Texas lawyers admitted as a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is also a past president of the Texas chapter of that organization.

 

In addition, Larry is a Master and served two terms on the Board of the Annette Stewart American Inn of Court, a professional organization including judges, lawyers, and in some cases, law professors and law students.

 

Board Certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1996, Larry received his Juris Doctor with honors from Southern Methodist University’s School of Law. He routinely writes legal articles and speaks at continuing legal education seminars.

 

Larry is licensed by the Texas Supreme Court, is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a member of the State Bar of Texas – Family Law Section, the Dallas Bar Association – Family Law Section, the College of the State Bar of Texas and is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
